What you bring

• Experience: Experience in sales or retail (Store Assistant, Sales Consultant, Customer Adviser or similar) – beauty, cosmetics, tech or wellness experience is a plus

• Languages: Very good German and good English for daily customer contact

• Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00

• Personality: You don’t just want to meet targets – you want to smash them, with charisma and a genuine interest in beauty, wellness and innovation

• Resilience: Even when the store gets busy, you remain calm and confident
